So far Ash treatment has contributed to improvement in my movement and strength.

Asher was extremely professional and detail oriented. He walked me through a full assessment and listened intently to all of my concerns and focused the appointment on my personal goals. I was provided with visual guides of all the exercises, ensuring that I would be able to complete them accurately on my own.
Definitely feeling stronger and learning to trust my ankle/my shoulder more with his exercises. He is also very responsive to any addition questions and concerns.
I also highly recommend the sports massage, it was fantastic!
